how i work
Cereal & Such wanted packaging playful enough to stop someone mid-aisle in a category built almost entirely on nostalgia and color. I designed a packaging line meant to earn a second look on a shelf packed with decades-old competition.

the challenge
Standing out in one of the most visually competitive aisles in the store
Cereal packaging is a wall of color and mascots fighting for the same half-second of attention, most of it backed by brands with generations of shelf presence. A new line needed a genuinely distinct visual hook, not just a bright box, to earn that glance.

the solution
I built the packaging around one playful, slightly unexpected visual idea per product, designed to make someone stop and look twice rather than blend into the aisle. That commitment to playfulness is what gives the line its personality against much bigger, more established competitors.
